By virtue of Article 6 of Federal Law No.152-FZ dated 07/27/2006 "On Personal data", the user's separate consent to the processing of his personal data is not required.
Personal data of users is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems, except in cases where non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with compliance with legal requirements.
The User's personal data is destroyed upon receipt of a request from the User, refusal to process personal data sent by e-mail SerfodiSoftware@gmail.com . The data is deleted by the Service Administrator within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the request.
By posting their personal data in the profile, the User understands and agrees that the specified information may be available to other Users of the Service, taking into account the features of the architecture and functionality of the Service. The user independently determines the privacy mode of his profile in the "Settings" section through the "Show profile in search" functionality.
Since the Service is a means of communication and people search, the following information about a registered User is available to any registered User of the Service: name, photos, preferences.
The Service Administrator processes information about Users, including personal data, in order to fulfill the obligations of the Service Administrator to Users regarding the use of the Service functionality.
The Service Administrator takes technical and organizational and legal measures to ensure the protection of the User's personal data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions.
This Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
The Service Administrator is not responsible for the actions of third parties who have gained access to User information as a result of using the Service, for the consequences of using information that, due to the nature of the Service, is available to any User of the Service. The Service Administrator recommends that Users take a responsible approach to solving the issue of the amount of information about themselves posted on the Service.
Users have the right to send their requests to the Service Administrator, including requests regarding the use of their personal data by e-mail SerfodiSoftware@gmail.com .

The Service Administrator undertakes to review and send a response to the User's request within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the request.
All messages received by the Service Administrator from users (requests in electronic form) relate to restricted access information and are not disclosed without the User's consent. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the request cannot be used without the User's special consent except to respond to the subject of the request received or in cases expressly provided for by law.
